Powder Coat Finishes: A Special Consideration

Additionally, failure of the powder coat finish due to abrasion, including stacking the furniture against other furniture or scraping against other surfaces, is not covered under our warranty.

Frame Warranty

Our frames are warranted for a period of one year in residential use and three years in contract use. However, certain products may have different frame warranty periods, which are identified in our catalog as either 15/5, 15/3, or 15/1.
